David Kim is an associate attorney at Immigrants First where he focuses on immigration law. Having practiced law in Virginia since 2012, Mr. Kim practiced most of those years in immigration law. He appreciates how he can use his skill set with his passion for immigrants’ rights to make a positive difference in immigrants' lives.

Prior to joining Immigrants First, Mr. Kim worked at immigration firms where he had success with various types of immigration cases and visa types. He has extensive experience in most aspects of immigration law including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and removal proceedings. In regard to family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, this includes marriage petitions, child-parent petitions, naturalization, asylum, DACA, SIJS, TPS, VAWA, U visas, and waiver cases. Mr. Kim has appeared in hundreds of USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings. In regard to employment-based immigration, David has worked on the following case/visa types: PERM, H-1B, L, O-1, EB-1, NIW, E-2, TN, etc. He looks forward to continuing to be a strong advocate for immigrants in the years to come.
